All American Recap - Pursley Rolls Pair of Three’s at All American
Greg Pursley, driver of the Gene Price Motorsports Chevrolet on the NASCAR Camping World Series, scored his eighth top five finish of the season with a third place performance Saturday night in the season finale. Pursley fought a tight condition late in the race but the finish was good enough to secure third place in the final point standings and a trip to the NASCAR awards banquet in Concord, NC in November.
All American Preview - Pursley Focused on Winning to Finish Season
Greg Pursley, driver of the Gene Price Motorsports Chevrolet in the NASCAR Camping World Series-West, enters the final race of the season for the NASCAR Camping World Series mathematically in sight of the title but his focus is solely on victory lane. Greg Pursley, driver of the Gene Price Motorsports Chevrolet on the NASCAR Camping World Series, continued his streak of top ten finishes Friday night by rallying to a seventh place finish at Iowa Speedway. The finish was Pursley’s tenth top ten finish of the season and kept him in third place of the championship standings heading into the final race of the season in three weeks.

Pursley feels the track owes him a little something after the last visited resulted in a flat tire and his worst finish of the season. When Gene Price relocated to Parker, Arizona it was to relax and enjoy “retirement” but the successful businessman and entrepreneur has had little time for rest. He has built a championship caliber NASCAR Camping World Series West team where the team and driver Greg Pursley are currently in third place in the point standings, opened a full-service race shop in Parker, and has signed on as title sponsor of the popular Late Model River series for the 2009/2010 racing season.
Colorado National Recap - Pursley Gains Points in Colorado Clash
Greg Pursley, driver of the Gene Price Motorsports Chevrolet on the NASCAR Camping World Series, kept his championship hopes alive after a fourth place finish Saturday night at Colorado National Speedway in the 11th race of the 2009 campaign. The finish allowed Pursley to shave off 21 points and move closer to his first series championship.

Greg Pursley, driver of the Gene Price Motorsports Ford on the NASCAR Camping World Series, continued his late season charge for the 2009 title with a strong fourth place performance at Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele, Utah in round ten of the series schedule. Pursley put his Ford fourth on the starting grid for the 41-lap contest and rallied from the 15th position after pitting for fuel and tires midway through the event to notch his sixth top five performance this season for the first year team.

Greg Pursley, driver of the Gene Price Motorsports Chevrolet in the NASCAR Camping World Series-West, will visit Miller Motorsports Park for the first time in NASCAR Camping World Series action this Saturday, August 1 in the Miller Motorsports Park “125” on the world-class 3.06-mile road course. Pursley, who has a lot of experience on road courses and narrowly missed the victory at Portland eyes the top spot this time out.

In fishing and racing, the big one can get away. For Greg Pursley, driver of the Gene Price Motorsports Ford on the NASCAR Camping World Series, victory was less than 300 yards away but his car drifted on the final turn allowing Jim Inglebright to slip by and claim the win. The team prepared a top five car, the driver had a top five finish in sight, but racing luck or lack thereof relegated the championship contender to a 20th place finish this past Saturday at Infineon Raceway in round seven of the NASCAR Camping World Series-West. Pursley’s 20th place finish keeps him in sight of the leaders, albeit a bit more of a distant view.

Iowa Recap - Pursley Still in Championship Hunt Despite Iowa Flat
Greg Pursley, driver of the Gene Price Motorsports/Star Nursery.Com Chevrolet on the NASCAR Camping World Series-West, left Iowa Speedway this past weekend disappointed but still in contention for his first series title. Pursley rebounded from a flat tire early in the Long John Silver’s “200” to finish the East/West challenge event but more importantly remains in the top five in the championship standings after five races.
